HOW TO SHOP
If you see a product you wish to purchase or save, click on the 'add to cart' button underneath it to add it to your shopping cart. You can continue to add items until you have completed your order, and you can also continue to other parts of the site before returning to your shopping cart, without losing the items you have already selected. You can remove items, or indeed completely empty your cart at any time by simply clicking on the appropriate button.

Shipping within the UK is FREE. We use Royal Mail's 'Recorded Signed for™' service, but please allow 14 working days for processing of your order if it is not in stock. If you're not in when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
We welcome international orders, If you live anywhere outside the UK and wish to make an order, please email info@truebelieverclothing.com, quoting the item name, description and your postal details. We will reply with further instructions and details of delivery times and costs. Please do not email your credit/debit card details.
Our garments are slim fitting in style. To avoid disappointment please ensure that you check your size against our sizing chart.
Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. All our garments are hand printed and finished. This can take up to 14 days so please be patient. We try to process every order as soon as possible.
We do our best to accurately represent the items on our site. However, as we have no control over our customers' monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on screen. Furthermore, True Believer Clothing (TBC) t-shirt s have a 'vintage' or 'distressed' finish which commonly have some variety in production. Also our garments are hand finished so may have minor variations in positioning and colour.
TBC items may contain metal parts, therefore, we recommend that you do not leave your garment in standing water for prolonged periods. When drying your garment we would recommend that you re-shape whilst damp and dry flat.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in its original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt and examination. If you require a different product you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item from us. Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garments’ washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-control checked on each production batch prior to leaving supplier.
We will not accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.
To return an item, please contact us at info@truebelieverclothing.com marking your email 'Return garment', and stating your name, address, order number, garment style/size info and reason for return. We will then provide you with a returns address if appropriate.
* Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the garment. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The garment must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail info@truebelieverclothing.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card or Paypal account with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address.
TBC does not have a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the Post Office and request the 'Recorded Signed for™' delivery service (this service ensures that the contents of your parcel is insured to the value of £34), this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. TBC cannot be held responsible for any returned parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
Unfortunately mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please email info@truebelieverclothing.com, quoting your order number and the missing item, and we will investigate the matter further.
